Our Story

Providing EXIM Services Since 1987

Over a period of time, we have enhanced our ambit of work to transportation, warehousing and supply chain related solutions for our clients.

Initially, we started with warehousing of bulk cargo imported at Mumbai Port Trust, Sewri. Subsequently, we expanded our warehousing business to Nhava Sheva by setting up our first
warehouse in the year 2014.

Contegrate has now become a well known brand for warehousing and related supply chain activities with multiple facilities at Nhava Sheva.

Success Stories

Project Mining

We have undertaken a mining project setup activity for one of the Navratna PSU wherein we were given the mandate to procure 1000+ mining and excavating vehicles from overseas suppliers from across the globe. However, these excavators could not be imported in containerized form, they were required to be imported in bulk at multiple ports of India. In order to save voyage time, we had selected Chennai and Vizag ports for supplies coming from south east Asian countries and far east countries, whereas we had selected Mumbai and Cochin port for supplies coming from Middle east,
European and western countries. We had coordinated & planned consolidation of all the supplies from all the ports of India and warehoused all the supplies in a single warehouse at Nhava Sheva. This consolidation of all supplies at one single location helped our client to effectively plan the assembling/engineering of the entire mining project.

Project Fibre Cable

We have first hand experience of handling warehousing of project machinery and raw materials of a fibre cable manufacturing company during their labour union issues by arranging an urgent make shift warehouse for their use. Our client could save themselves from huge financial losses due to the timely support rendered by Contegrate.

Project Luxury Cars

One of the leading luxury foreign car manufacturer was unable to market the cars imported by them in India due to a dispute with their Indian dealers & auto sales agencies and therefore were left with a lot of unsold inventory. We were appointed to warehouse the imported cars and could manage to warehouse all their imported cars in our bonded facility to defer the import duty & GST on the cars. We helped them in maintaining & upkeeping the cars while they were warehoused with us. We also showcased and marketed the cars to the prospective buyers in India and were successful in selling the maximum inventory in India. Certain unsold cars were re-exported to third party countries without payment of any duty or GST. Our client who was in distress initially at the time of import of the cars, subsequently turned out to be satisfied with the entire set of warehousing and marketing arrangements done by us.
